Angeles City, Central Luzon, Philippines Guerilla Staffing Solutions Full time ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per year

To prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. Must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons, the goal is to provide detailed costs for the project based on PDF or CAD files provided.

Salary Range: 25,000-35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri |(US SHIFT): 9PM 6AM

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read plans, specifications, and related documents and create an accurate and detailed material list.
  • Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the landscape and/or irrigation plan.
  • Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information to management.
  • Managing bids from vendors and contractors, using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
  • Timely completion of estimates & resolve of discrepancies
  • Prepare quantity take-offs including areas which incorporate slopes

Requirements:
