Mandaue City, Central Visayas, Philippines GF Jireh Inc. Full time ₱120,000 - ₱180,000 per year

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts receivables from customers and conduct follow ups as required, as well as monitor the flow of documents, ensuring that credit limits and terms are followed
  • Coordinating with Sales Personnel for follow-up and action as necessary.
  • Receiving of Sales Invoices that have been delivered from Warehouse as well Cash/Cheques collection upon delivery
  • Scheduling pick-up of collections and payments/ original invoices for counters.
  • Monitoring countered original invoices, counter receipts
  • Prepares Original Invoices for sending through courier (LBC, OCS etc.)
  • Approval of Sales Orders at NetSuite (Head Office/Laguna Office)
  • Monitor COD payment daily
  • Proper monitoring and put on hold credit of non-paying and delinquent customers, customers with bad payment history (unpaid accounts, seriously overdue accounts, bouncing checks, etc.) and/or as directed by Management
  • Recording of Collection Receipts for QC accounts submitted to Accounting Clerk and Manager
  • Postings of collections (Cash/Cheques) thru Netsuite
  • Prepares statements of accounts for Manila
  • Issuance of collection receipts for on-line payment of the New & Existing Customers use
  • Upon Issuance of CR, sending CR to especially out of reach areas through partnered courier services (ex. LBC/OCS)
  • Proper monitoring of Provisional Receipts, Collection Receipts, Official Receipts, Counter Receipts form for smooth flow of use
  • Some other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with experience in Accounting

2. Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Credit and Collection

3. Preferably with good computer skills (MS Office, NetSuite)

4. Must great communication skills

5. Fresh Graduates may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
