Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  1. Plans, organizes, and supervises construction projects from start to finish
  2. Develops timelines, estimates materials and manpower
  3. Monitors project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  4. Evaluates progress billings and variation orders of contractors
  5. Tracks deliveries of suppliers

Site Supervision:

  1. Oversees daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, building codes and safety regulations.
  2. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents and conveys them to contractors and admin workers on site
  3. Conducts regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolves on-site issues.
  4. Takes down minutes of the weekly coordination meetings and toolbox meetings
  5. Address and rectify any defects and deficiencies promptly
  6. Submits progress reports and initial site estimates to PICImplement safety protocols to maintain safe working environment
  7. Designates manpower to regularly keep the site clean

Stakeholder Coordination

  1. Coordinates with PIC, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  2. Communicates project updates, issues and concerns to PIC and suggests solutions and options to resolve them
  3. Identifies potential risks and challenges and develops solutions to mitigate and reports them to CM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • With experience in construction project management, preferably in residential or commercial developments (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
