Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plans, organizes, and supervises construction projects from start to finish
  • Develops timelines, estimates materials and manpower
  • Monitors project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  • Evaluates progress billings and variation orders of contractors
  • Tracks deliveries of suppliers

Site Supervision:

  • Oversees daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, building codes and safety regulations.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents and conveys them to contractors and admin workers on site
  • Conducts regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolves on-site issues.
  • Takes down minutes of the weekly coordination meetings and toolbox meetings
  • Address and rectify any defects and deficiencies promptly
  • Submits progress reports and initial site estimates to PICImplement safety protocols to maintain safe working environment
  • Designates manpower to regularly keep the site clean

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinates with PIC, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Communicates project updates, issues and concerns to PIC and suggests solutions and options to resolve them
  • Identifies potential risks and challenges and develops solutions to mitigate and reports them to CM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • With experience in construction project management, preferably in residential or commercial developments (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
