Location: Makati

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Support and align with Project Manager for project objectives, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Coordinate with P6 planner for proper scheduling of activities and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely material delivery and equipment availability.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities related to COMS and AFC infrastructure, such as fiber optic cabling, GSM-R, structured cabling, Backbone Transmission System, and other subsystems.
  • Ensure construction complies with approved designs, drawings, and technical standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols aligned with railway and telecommunications regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with relevant construction and railway safety standards.
  • Monitor construction expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Manage contract variations and change orders.
  • Provide input on cost estimates and construction feasibility.

Become a Key Team Member

We are looking for candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management is required, preferably in railway telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of railway safety standards, telecom systems, and infrastructure development. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 and MS Project). Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, GSM-R, and structured cabling, is also required. Certifications in Construction Management, Safety (e.g., COSH), and Project Management (PMP) are an advantage.
