We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will go beyond basic billing. This role is about ensuring revenues are billed accurately, collected on time, and recognized properly. You will connect billings to contracts and project milestones, reconcile intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while keeping financial records audit-ready. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accountability in managing receivables that directly impact the company's cash flow.

What You'll Do:

  • Billing & Revenue Recognition – Prepare invoices tied to contracts, project milestones, and service agreements; ensure proper documentation, VAT zero-rating compliance, and timely issuance
  • Collections & Aging – Monitor receivables daily, follow up with clients, and ensure AR aging is current with minimal overdue accounts
  • Reconciliation – Perform intercompany billing and reconciliations; ensure accuracy of entries across multiple entities
  • Month-End Close – Support revenue accruals, completeness testing, and provisions for doubtful accounts; contribute meaningfully to financial closing
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness – Maintain complete supporting documentation (POs, SOs, DRs, ORs, CWTs); ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax requirements
  • Other Tasks as Needed – Provide support on cross-functional finance initiatives, reporting, and process improvements as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • CPA is preferred but not required
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience (AR, audit, or general accounting); fresh grads with strong fundamentals and potential will also be considered
  • Solid grasp of accounting and revenue recognition principles
  • Knowledge of Philippine taxation (VAT, CWT, zero-rated sales) is a strong plus
  • ERP experience (SAP Business One preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable; able to manage deadlines and take ownership of commitments
