Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global Learning Delivery is a strategic and experienced learning leader responsible for executing a global learning delivery strategy that supports Pax8's business priorities and workforce development needs. This role oversees a geographically distributed team of Facilitators & Coaches across multiple regions and ensures the successful execution of high-impact learning programs that drive business and leadership effectiveness by driving global consistency, regional relevance, and continuous improvement in learning delivery.
This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work from the office when required.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Lead and develop a global team of Facilitators & Coaches across multiple regions and time zones (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
- Drive learning strategy execution, ensuring global consistency while allowing for regional customisation.
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of global learning programs, ensuring seamless logistics and delivery.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members to continuously enhance facilitation skills and learning impact.
- Lead the team in building and piloting new facilitated learning experiences in partnership with our Learning Experience Design team. Ensure these pilots align with adult learning principles, incorporate innovative delivery methods, and are refined through participant feedback before scaling globally.
- Facilitate a variety of AI skill enablement, leadership development, onboarding, team effectiveness, and other programs for employees at all levels as needed
- Measure learning effectiveness through data-driven insights, learner feedback, and business impact assessments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance learning delivery through technology, gamification, and adaptive learning.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Product Owners to refine program content and engagement strategies.
- Partner with senior business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Management to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring learning solutions drive business performance and employee growth.
- Advocate for learning impact at the executive level, translating workforce development needs into actionable solutions.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Global Leadership & Operator: Experience leading senior team members across borders and timezones. Direct experience delivering programs across multiple compliance environments and cultural considerations is a plus.
- Prior learning delivery practitioner experience is essential with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques in a variety of modalities. Previous experience in a tech environment would be a good match.
- Communication: proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal communications, adapting your style to the needs of your audience. Ability to use communication skills to effectively collaborate asynchronously in a global organisation.
- Proficiency with Learning Delivery Technologies: Experience leveraging learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS, Virtual Classroom, or similar) to deliver innovative, scalable and digital-first learning and talent development solutions.
- Demonstrated passion for progressive learning and talent development practices: participation or leading in stretch projects that sought an improved or next practice approach to solving a talent development problem or delivering a learning solution.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities. Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, ensuring alignment across People Systems, Talent Management, People Business partners and leadership.
- Execution Discipline: Highly organised detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Can build a plan and then work a plan through to completion, adapting with changing conditions
- Learning agility: you know what to do when you don't know what to do. Ability to adapt to changing commercial, situational or organisational realities in delivery of your work. Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
- AI Curious: experimenting with AI and embedding it in your day-to-day work beyond meeting notes and drafting documents. Able to coach others on AI enablement.
