Position Details

Role: Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Industry: BPO

Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Rotating shifts

Monthly Salary: ₱18,000 gross

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of High School or Senior High School
  • Prior BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ready for immediate employment

  • Address customer queries and issues with professionalism
  • Deliver accurate information regarding financial products and services
  • Adhere to company and client protocols
