Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, interior design firms, real estate developers, and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end B2B clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat partnerships
  • Develop and present sales proposals and tailor packages that align with the client's brand and customer experience goals
  • Represent Hiessence in meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on client requirements, branding, and custom packaging needs
  • Monitor market trends in the luxury home, fragrance, and wellness space
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B or corporate sales experience in lifestyle, luxury, or wellness brands
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network in the hospitality, real estate, or interior design industries is a plus
  • Self-starter with a passion for premium lifestyle and wellness products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
