Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase active customer base and eCommerce sales
  • Coordinate local and regional marketing campaigns and activities
  • Produce engaging creative materials for campaigns and events
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts within budget
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales and marketing within the cable or related industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms, Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Leadership experience in supervisory roles is a plus
