The Travel Sales Executive (Individual Contributor) is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing corporate client relationships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver customized travel solutions and achieve business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans for corporate clients to achieve revenue targets. Expand client base by targeting new sectors.

Client Consultation

  • Assess corporate travel needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business goals.

Proposal Management

  • Create accurate, competitive proposals and collaborate with teams to build customized travel packages.

Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze sales trends, manage pricing strategies, and coordinate with finance to ensure profitability.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main contact for B2B clients, offering MICE and value-added travel solutions. Conduct regular account reviews.

Market & Competitor Insight

  • Stay updated on trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–3 years in sales, preferably in corporate travel or B2B environments.
  • Proven success in client management and revenue generation.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, travel platforms, and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint is a plus.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, collaborative, and accountable.
