HR/Admin Assistant

Recruitment & Hiring:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support in candidate selection.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
Timekeeping & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
- Process and validate daily time records, leaves, and overtime requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, tardiness, and absences.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll preparation.
Purchasing & Office Supplies Management:
- Handle procurement of company-related supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain inventory and monitor usage of office and supplies.
- Process purchase requests and ensure proper documentation
Job Qualification
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Good in time management and handling priorities
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Capable of achieving deadlines and must have a can-do attitude
- Preferably with 1 – 2 years recruitment experience
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and highly organized
- With a high level of integrity and strong interpersonal skills
