Work Set-up:

  • Onsite (Work from Office)
  • Office Located at: Unit 2305B, 23F, Orient Square Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro Manila

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary Range:

  • Php 18, ,000

Job Title:

HR Admin and Recruitment

Job Description:

The HR Admin and Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office administration, asset and facility management employee engagement activities, and vendor coordination.

This role also includes end-to-end recruitment and general HR support, ensuring smooth internal operations while contributing to a positive workplace environment in alignment

with company values and goal

Facility & Inventory Management

  1. Oversee office space planning, workstation assignments, and workplace maintenance

  2. Manage facility procurement and coordinate with service providers for cleanliness, security, and overall upkeep

  3. Ensure availability of daily office supplies and maintain a positive, well-organized work environment

  4. Conduct regular asset inventories and streamline office supply procurement processes

Employee Engagement

  1. Plan and organize employee activities to support morale, engagement, and company culture

Vendor Management

  1. Source, screen, and manage external vendors including building/property management, cleaners, and other administrative services

Recruitment

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment—from manpower planning and job posting to interviews and job offers

  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company needs and culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR general affairs or administration, preferably in large organizations or with recruitment responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills; responsible, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with conversational fluency in English
  • Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry
