Duties and Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives.

● Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

● Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, public relations, events, and branding.

● Drive demand generation efforts through various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and webinars.

● Develop compelling marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.

● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.

● Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.

● Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and achieve integrated marketing efforts.

● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing performance to senior leadership.

● Enhance and maintain a strong brand identity and reputation. Skills & Qualification:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

● Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the IT solutions, software, or technology industry.

● Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven lead generation and revenue growth.

● Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and sales cycles.

● Expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

● Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
