About the Role

Are you an experienced Event Project Manager seeking an exciting new challenge? Brand Engine Advertising Corp. is looking for a talented Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Pasig City office. In this full-time position, you will oversee the successful delivery of our marketing and promotional events.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end projects for marketing events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to project teams
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the advertising, events, or marketing industries
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
