  • Develop and lead comprehensive growth strategies that drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Oversee growth marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, inbound/outbound efforts, and performance marketing.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to implement growth-driven features and customer experiences.
  • Build and analyze growth funnels to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing, data analysis, and customer insights.
  • Identify and establish new market opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales to align acquisition strategies with revenue targets.
  • Manage a growth team, ensuring collaboration, performance, and innovation.
  • Report regularly on growth KPIs, trends, and business performance to the executive team.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth, marketing, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and achieving measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of growth marketing tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
