JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial Business Officer (CBO) for Corporate Accounts is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition, development, and management of corporate clients. The role focuses on promoting and selling home and commercial appliances to institutional, government, and corporate customers, ensuring account profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned industries, institutions, and developers.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bid requirements in coordination with the Sales Support and Merchandising teams.

Sales and Revenue Delivery

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, margin goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery and service to clients.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Credit and Collection Support

  • Assist in the evaluation of client credit applications and ensure adherence to approved credit terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with the Finance AR team for timely follow-ups and settlements.
  • Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies for delinquent accounts.

Coordination and Process Compliance

  • Work closely with Compliance Team, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in trade events, product launches, and corporate partnership initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in the appliances, electronics, or consumer durables industry is an advantage.
  • Strong background in account management, sales negotiations, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
