Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Manager-Commercial and Finance. The responsibilities include overseeing commercial management functions, business planning, and contract management processes. The role also requires managing financial data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, and leading a team to ensure seamless operations. The Manager-Commercial and Finance will
will lead financial operations ensuring robust commercial controls, financial planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations. This role requires strategic oversight of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost optimization to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or finance certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial finance, financial management, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and reporting regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial and financial management roles
