We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer which will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring management and HR officer to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Reporting Relationship

Directly reports to the President

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and posting job openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 Year Experience in Recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Know the best practices in recruitment.
