About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Virtual Process (W/ BPO exp is a Plus) to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City Cebu. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Providing prompt and effective resolutions to customer issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process enhancements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office productivity software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
