Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for retail, warehouse, operations, and administrative roles.
  • Work with department heads to foresee staffing needs and build steady talent pipelines.
  • Monitor recruitment performance—maintain ATS, generate dashboards, and deliver reports on hires, time-to-fill, and cost metrics.
  • Perform HR administrative support: employment contracts, payroll coordination, compliance documentation (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and aid with basic employee relations.
  • Participate in occasional HR projects such as internal job fairs and collaboration with other branches.

Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in retail or consumer-facing sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Able to work on-site in Mandaue City, with flexibility to coordinate or visit other branches when needed.
  • Ready to start immediately.
  • Career Path: Potential progression to Senior Recruiter or HR Officer, with opportunity to support multiple branches.
