We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our growing team
Basic Qualification:
- Graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an expeditor or related role (procurement, logistics, supply chain)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and adjust hours when necessary
- Full-time onsite position; must be willing to report to the office daily
- Able to perform regular office activities such as sitting, typing, reading, and using a computer
- Comfortable working in standard office conditions with no strenuous physical demands
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with accounts to understand and fulfill customer requirements based on contract terms
- Manage the supplier-side purchase order process, including confirmations, timely release, and delivery coordination
- Handle all communications related to shipments, delivery issues, and product quality or quantity concerns
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support smooth order delivery
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors for quick resolution
- Promote safe work practices and aim for zero workplace accidents
- Comply with all company policies, including those related to quality, security, safety, and data protection
- Resolve audit issues and corrective actions within the required timeframe
- Report any security issues or weaknesses immediately
