JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for entertaining Counter & Jobber sales customers.
• Entertain & assist Counter & Jobber Customers
• Monitors ordered parts of Counter, & Jobber customers (External & Internal).
• Log parts lost sales.
• Ensure the correctness of Model Codes and check actual unit if needed.
• Assures the maintenance and completeness of necessary tools and documents needed to translate correct part Numbers. (LPLI, Service Bulletins, Parts List, and parts Menu).
• Ensures that there are ample displays of parts & accessories on the parts counter with correct labeling of Price, Part Number, & Description.
• Maintain clearness (5S) of assigned work area.
• Ensures that assigned computers were shut down during end time.
• Pass the Monthly Internal, TMP Quarterly Examinations, and TMP Certification Examination.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration.
• With at least 1 year work related experience.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge in automotive parts is an advantage.
• With good selling and marketing skills.
