
Learning Delivery Specialist I Alabang Site I Hybrid

The Learning Delivery Specialist is responsible for facilitating and delivering engaging, impactful training sessions that support employee development and organizational growth. This role ensures that learning experiences are aligned with business goals, are effectively delivered, and result in measurable improvements in performance and knowledge retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate instructor-led training (virtual and/or in-person) across a variety of topics (e.g., onboarding, systems training, soft skills, leadership development).
Deliver content in an engaging and interactive manner that accommodates diverse learning styles.
Support the deployment of learning programs, including scheduling, coordination, learner communications, and logistical support.
Adapt delivery methods based on participant engagement, feedback, and performance.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide coaching or reinforcement sessions post-training, as needed.
Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and the L&D team to improve training content and delivery effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, completions, and learner feedback in the LMS or tracking systems.
Stay updated on learning technologies, adult learning principles, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in training facilitation or learning delivery within the outsourcing (BPO, RPO) industry, with a proven ability to engage diverse learner groups in fast-paced environments.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence in leading both small and large groups.
Proficiency in using virtual delivery tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple training sessions or tasks.
Adaptability and comfort in handling changing priorities or learning needs.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning platforms (Articulate, Rise, etc.) is a plus.
Work Set Up:
Hybrid – the candidate must be willing to be onsite to facilitate learning sessions
Sites: Metro Manila/Alabang – Willing to be assigned to our Alabang
Microsite if there's New Hire SR Training so he/she must be willing to travel to Alabang.
Other learning sessions would most likely be in Makati Site.
