JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Attend to all transaction of employee Benefits.

  2. Preparation of all remittance of SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.

  3. Generate official internal documents such as warning letters , NTE, appointment letters and others

  4. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances

  5. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  6. To ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations.

  7. Manage and designate daily duties

  8. Manage employee issues, reconcile conflicts, and encourage a healthy organizational culture.

  9. Manage the evaluation of performance, deliver insightful feedback, and support the resolution of performance difficulties.

  10. Ensure that company policies are regularly reviewed and in accordance with labor regulations, while also administering disciplinary actions as required.

  11. Supervise payroll operations, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.

  12. Supervise the HR team in performing day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

  13. Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure they are aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

  14. Lead recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

  15. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing workplace issues.

  16. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

  17. Assist in payroll management, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.

  18. Generate HR reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor relations, at least six (6) months
  • At least one (1) year experience as an HR
  • At least six (6) months payroll and government remittances
  • At least six (6) months recruitment experienced
  • Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
