Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log reports of employee violations concerning the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Assist in conducting initial fact-finding and gathering relevant evidence or documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings with concerned employees, witnesses, and management.
  • Prepare and issue notices (e.g., Notice to Explain, Notice of Decision) in coordination with the ER Officer/Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case files and records for all ER-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to due process in all disciplinary proceedings.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring case resolution timelines.
  • Provide administrative support during administrative hearings, including taking minutes.
  • Support the ER team in preparing reports and updates for management.
  • Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
