Role: Member & Admin Support

Location: Cebu (office-based)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm (AEST) with 1-hour lunch break

Reports to: Redrose (Cebu) + Roslyn (Founder)

About the Role

We're hiring a Member & Admin Support team member who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can stay calm and consistent even when things get busy.

You'll support TAA members and the internal team through high-touch communication, admin coordination, and event/program support - ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Member Support & Communication

  • Draft and send professional, engaging emails to members and external guests (podcast guests, guest experts, etc.)
  • Respond to enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other platforms so members feel supported and valued
  • Coordinate schedules for 1:1 sessions, podcast guesting, and other meetings, ensuring everything is aligned in Roslyn's calendar
  • Coordinate with the video team (MVP) on content for social media, training programs, launches, and podcasts
  • Collect and manage testimonials and coordinate updates with the graphics team/website

Admin & Systems Support

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding for Achievers Mastermind members (following steps in Teamwork/project management)
  • Coordinate with accounts and member database teams for subscriptions (monthly/annual)
  • Post updates and reminders in member group chats (WhatsApp/FB Messenger)
  • Send birthday messages and help ensure key dates are never missed
  • Respond to website and social media enquiries with a supportive tone
  • Update Kajabi (membership portal + website) with content and resources
  • Document processes, record minutes, and support internal task delegation when needed

Live Events & Project Coordination

  • Support Roslyn and the travel team with event/project coordination using Kajabi + Google Sheets
  • Upload and organise documents in Google Drive for events
  • Assist accounts team with invoicing info for live events and group experiences
  • Maintain accurate member records and data entry across Teamwork and the TAA database
  • Liaise with suppliers for event-related requirements and additional services
  • Ensure all tasks are logged in Teamwork so nothing is missed

Requirements (What We're Looking For)

  • Positive, personable, customer-focused attitude (patience + positivity matters)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisation
  • Confident communicator with professional phone manners
  • Proactive, resourceful, able to multitask - and knows when to ask for help
  • Independent but collaborative; responsible and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive), numbers, and new tools
  • Kajabi experience is a plus
  • Travel/hospitality experience is a bonus (not required if you're eager to learn)
