HR and Admin Support Officer

The HR and Admin Support Officer will support both Human Resources and Administrative functions while also providing direct assistance to company executives. This role ensures smooth office operations, efficient HR processes, and reliable high-level executive support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Support

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate timekeeping, payroll, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy compliance.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and general office operations.
  • Handle filing, record-keeping, and document organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in organizing exams, assessments, and special programs.
  • Help ensure curriculum implementation aligns with academic goals.

Executive Assistance

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Screen and prioritize emails and communications.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential documents and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related course.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Can adapt quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks as needed.
