What we are looking for:
The HR Admin will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is focused on handling documentation, compliance, records management, and HR-related clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical files.
Prepare, organize, and manage HR documents such as clearance forms, and memos.
Assist in processing requests such as Certificates of Employment (COE) and other HR-related documents.
Support the onboarding process by compiling pre-employment requirements, preparing welcome kits, and updating onboarding trackers.
Handle offboarding administrative requirements, including clearance processing and collection of company assets.
Monitor HR email inbox and route employee concerns or requests to the appropriate team members.
Track employee benefits and statutory compliance documentation.
Support HR reporting by consolidating data and preparing regular administrative reports.
Ensure HR files and documentation comply with data privacy and labor regulations.
Coordinate with PESO for compliance requirements and participate in job fairs or related activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
