Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation cases including civil, criminal, tax and administrative cases.
  • Draft and review Legal Opinions, Pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Interview and prepare witness for court proceedings.
  • Attend court hearings.
  • Conducts research and assist in gathering all information that is relevant to the assigned case.
  • Attend meetings with clients and possible negotiation with opposing counsels.
  • Proactively inform the Partners of any progress and development of cases.
  • Assist the Partners in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a member of the Philippine Bar. Recent bar passers or underbars are invited to apply as long as willing to learn and be trained.
  • Excellent communication, written and research skills.
  • Keen to details.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
  • With great sense of integrity and good moral character.
