Our Law Firm is looking for a litigation or corporate lawyer with about 3-5 years experience. Our offices are in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

DelRosario & DelRosario Law Offices was established in May 1977 primarily to serve the requirements of the international maritime industry. Since then, DelRosarioLaw has earned its reputation as the leading maritime firm in the Philippines. The Firm has handled various major maritime incidents/claims since its inception. Through the years, the Firm has steadily expanded its practice to other fields of law through the policy of providing quality and efficient service. The Firm now handles not only admiralty and maritime law but also intellectual property, corporate, insurance, labor, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, immigration and most other fields.

The Firm's founder, Arturo M. Del Rosario Sr., is highly regarded as the grandfather of maritime law in the Philippines. His more than forty years of experience in maritime law has been transmitted to his two sons, now the Firm's co-managing partners, Arturo T. Del Rosario Jr. and Ruben T. Del Rosario.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law practice, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Strong background in contract drafting and review, corporate housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and due diligence
  • Familiarity with SEC, BSP, and other government regulatory processes
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic team
