Job Description

We're expanding our team and seeking driven Associate Lawyers to join us in delivering top-tier legal services. This role is ideal for both experienced lawyers and underbar applicants. As an Associate Lawyer, you'll play a key role in supporting our diverse practice areas through:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues.
  • Drafting legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and opinions.
  • Assisting in client consultations, negotiations, and case strategy development.
  • Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers on mergers, acquisitions, tax matters, disputes, and compliance.
  • Handling day-to-day case management and client communications.

This position offers hands-on experience across our broad spectrum of services, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, high-performance team.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the Philippines (or underbar applicants eligible for admission).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates and bar examinees are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Articulate communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Diligent, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bit of audacity – we're looking for bold thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools; familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of PHP 42,000 to PHP 50,000 per month, based on experience.
  • Performance-based profit share ranging from PHP 16,000 to PHP 30,000 per month, subject to meeting minimum conditions.
