Knockdown Group, mainly our events-management agency, Knockdown Events Productions, is on the lookout for full-time Visual-focused Junior Multimedia Artist

Position Summary:

The Junior Multimedia Artist will contribute significantly to creating visually striking and innovative designs for events and campaigns. The focus will be on producing high-quality mock-ups, visuals, and KVs while ensuring consistency and creativity in all deliverables. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Assistant, Senior Creative Lead, Associate Creative Director, and Art Director to craft compelling and brand-aligned outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of the latest design trends and techniques to produce fresh, eye-catching visuals tailored to client and event needs.
  • Conceptualize and develop mock-ups, static visuals, and key visuals (KVs) for event executions and marketing materials.
  • Deliver high-quality designs that align with branding and meet project goals within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts and solutions.
  • Assist in creating mood boards, layout options, and visual strategies for presentations and proposals.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
  • Attention to detail in typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visual designs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to share ideas effectively and receive constructive feedback.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who is innovative and eager to push creative boundaries while being an effective team player.

Other Requirements:

  • A college degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent
  • Willingness to take part in a face-to-face practical test to demonstrate design skills
  • At least two (2) years of professional work experience in Creatives/Advertising industry (school-related activities and internships are not counted)
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (work-from-home and on-site in Sampaloc, Manila)

  • We offer commission for implemented and won projects under their unit
  • Our office is located in Sampaloc, Manila
