Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Finance.
  • Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Knowledge of basic accounting principles and auditing standards, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Good communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines, Coachable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.

Responsibilities

  • Perform audit procedures in accordance with firm policies and auditing standards
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements
  • Conduct client fieldwork, including testing and verification of financial information
  • Identify audit issues and communicate findings to the Senior Associate or Team Leader
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audit tasks
  • Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients and team members
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the firm's values
