About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Associate Lawyer
to join our growing legal team. This role will focus on providing legal advisory and support on employment and labor-related matters for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on labor relations, employment law, and HR compliance
  • Draft, review, and refine contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Assist in handling labor cases, disputes, and client consultations
  • Support clients in navigating workplace policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams for legal alignment

Qualifications

  • Bar passer
    (new lawyers welcome)
  • Experience or strong interest in
    Labor Relations & Employment Law
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willing to report onsite once a week in
    Sampaloc, Manila
