We are looking for a dynamic HR & Administration Manager who will lead the people, compliance, and administrative operations of a luxury resort. This role requires a leader who can build a culture of excellence, ensure organizational compliance, and manage HR, accounting-related processes, security, safety, and partner village operations.

What We're Looking For:

Strategic HR Leader

  • Leads full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS.
  • Strong in talent management, organizational development, and building a motivated, multi-skilled workforce.

Administrative & Compliance Champion

  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulatory and legal requirements, permits, taxes, and corporate standards.
  • Experienced in handling Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and quality standards.

Accounting & Payroll Oversight

  • Supervises payroll accuracy, expenses monitoring, budgeting support, benefits administration, and internal controls aligned with organizational finance policies.

Security, Safety & Village Management Advocate

  • Manages resort security operations, environmental and safety compliance, and oversees partner accommodation (village) standards, facilities, and well-being.

Leadership & Culture Builder

  • Promotes company values, fosters partner engagement, leads community-building initiatives, and contributes to a positive, productive work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years managerial experience in HR and Administration (hospitality or resort/hotel background preferred)

People-oriented, results-driven, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, accounting fundamentals, and labor law

Excellent communicator with negotiation, coaching, presentation, and strategic planning abilities

BS/MS degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field

Work Location: Siargao Island, Philippines (Luxury Island Resort)
