Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Key Account Executive to manage and enhance our online sales channels, including our website, mobile app, and third-party marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, etc.). Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and marketplace accounts.
Implement and execute effective online marketing strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance search engine visibility and improve product ranking.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may impact user experience or sales performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, and propose strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive online sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery.
Generate reports and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a similar role. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, Edamama, Zalora, or similar.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques to optimize product listings and improve search engine rankings.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is preferred.
