Role Description:

Responsible for the financial accuracy and profitability of OPPO Philippines' online business while driving strategic insights that guide pricing, spending, and growth decisions. This role combines hands-on financial control (settlements, account balances, and stock accuracy) with data-driven commercial analysis, including competitor tracking, market trends, and category performance insights across key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile sales, refunds, deductions, and commissions across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor income settlements and receivables, ensuring accurate posting and timely remittance.
  • Track and validate account balances and stock valuations between warehouse and platform inventory.
  • Coordinate with accounting for month-end closings, journal entries, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance in all e-commerce transactions and reports.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or e-commerce operations
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/ERP systems a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial and strategic mindset
  • CPA preferred but not required

Work Set-Up:

  • Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Full-time onsite only
  • Overtime needed for Mega Campaigns and Payday Sales
