The E-commerce Manager is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and stock depletion across all third-party online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Watsons, and others).

The core function is managing the integration and potential conflict between the online marketplace channels and the company's offline distribution network, leveraging inventory to maximize overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the detailed financial forecast and Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for all online marketplaces, focusing relentlessly on maximizing Net Revenue and Gross Margin.
  • Design and execute the promotional calendar while actively managing channel conflict with offline distributors and retail partners.
  • Analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) for all platform investments (fees, subsidies, campaigns) to optimize spending.
  • Lead the collaborative sales forecasting process, using advanced data models and trend analysis to ensure highly accurate inventory planning.
  • Develop and implement analytical models to identify and categorize inventory risks. Propose data-driven depletion strategies for excess or slow-moving stock via online channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to maintain high Seller Rating/Account Health scores on all platforms.
  • Act as the strategic link between the online marketplace performance and the traditional sales team, ensuring pricing and promotions are aligned across all channels.
  • Utilize marketplace data portals and BI tools to conduct root-cause analysis for performance fluctuations and translate complex data findings into immediate, actionable strategic shifts.
  • Platform Optimization: Design the strategy for on-platform merchandising and the use of native features to improve Conversion Rate (CVR).

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a highly analytical, commercial, or strategy role within E-commerce, CPG, or distribution.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced modeling, P&L management, forecasting) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven experience managing channel conflict and aligning online strategies with offline distribution/sales goals.
  • Intimate understanding of the commercial operations, data structures, and promotion mechanics of major SEA marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
