What you will do:

Manage online marketplaces – Take ownership of our product listings and store operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Boost revenue and engagement – Design and implement strategies that increase traffic, conversions, and sales.

Optimize product presence – Ensure all product content, images, pricing, and promotions are attractive and effective.

Plan and execute campaigns – Organize promotions, flash sales, and seasonal events that capture shopper attention.

Analyze performance – Monitor key metrics, track trends, and generate actionable insights to improve results.

Collaborate across teams – Partner with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Enhance customer satisfaction – Monitor feedback, respond to inquiries, and improve service quality.

Keep up with trends – Stay informed on competitor strategies, marketplace updates, and emerging e-commerce trends.

What we need:

Practical experience managing online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.

Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace strategies, and platform algorithms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make informed business decisions.

Hands-on knowledge of inventory management and coordinating order fulfillment.

Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and organized, able to take ownership and deliver results under tight deadlines.
