Description

The Talent Acquisition Associate provides administrative support to the recruiting team by documenting hiring needs, applications, hiring reports, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining candidate information accurately in the recruiting tracker.
  • The accurate creation of candidate packets in a timely manner.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team in doing the following: online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules, updates, and developments with candidates regarding their application.
  • Conduct initial interviews.
  • Conduct verification of new documents.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in BSBA (HRDM) or BS/AB Psychology. But all majors are welcome
  • Amenable to work the graveyard shift (Philippines).
  • With above-average communication skills.
  • With an interest in recruitment and growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
