Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. partner company is a U.S.-based investment banking firm specializing in M&A, private equity, and strategic advisory services for middle-market clients. We are seeking an M&A Advisory Associate to join our dynamic deal team.

This is a full-time role, working U.S. hours in a work-from-home setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from origination through closing.
  • Conduct industry research, company profiling, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Build financial models and valuations to assess strategic and financial opportunities.
  • Draft and prepare pitch books, management presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate due diligence, data room management, and buyer/seller communications.
  • Work alongside senior bankers and contribute directly to live deal execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory (Big 4 TAS/Deals, consulting firms, or global banks highly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, investors, and executives.
  • Tools experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, FactSet, or PitchBook.
