Job Qualification

  • At least College Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Development Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in manufacturing environment (food, pharma, cosmetics, chemical, or related).
  • Knowledgeable in job portal site
  • Knowledgeable in labor law and dole compliance is an advantage

Working Schedule :

  • Willing to render overtime (1-3 hrs)
  • Willing to work in Night Shift if needed
  • Willing to work in six (6) days a week

Job Description

Main Role: Provides universal HR support to all personnel and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with recruitment, posting job vacancies, reviewing job applications, arranging interviews with suitable candidates and conducting candidate reference checks
  • Timekeeping and benefits
  • maintaining employee records and ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • assisting with onboarding for new employees, which may include their introduction to internal company processes
  • handling confidential employee and company information

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
