About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Staff (Payroll) to join our Accounting Department. The role focuses on accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Compute employee earnings, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax).
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare payroll reports and payslips for review and approval.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Assist in remittance and filing of statutory government contributions.
  • Support other accounting functions such as vouchers, journal entries, and filing of financial documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in all payroll records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Preferably with experience in payroll processing, especially in a manufacturing or similar setup.
  • Familiar with payroll systems, BIR compliance, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strictly NO TATTOO
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedule when needed.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
