Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 year experience in timekeeping and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Timekeeping
- Monitor and validate daily attendance, leaves, absences, overtime, and schedule changes.
- Ensure accurate encoding and updating of timekeeping data in the HRIS or biometric system.
- Coordinate with supervisors for attendance discrepancies, corrections, and approvals.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Payroll Processing
- Prepare and process payroll for all employees within set deadlines.
- Compute salaries, allowances, deductions, adjustments, and final pay.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll entries and compliance with DOLE regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.
Government Mandatories & Benefits
- Process and remit SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory contributions on time.
- Handle loans, benefits, and other government-related transactions.
- Update and maintain employee records in government portals.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare payroll registers, summary reports, and statutory reports.
- Maintain organized and updated payroll files and employee documents.
- Support HR audits, internal checks, and compliance monitoring.
Employee Support
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Assist in onboarding/off boarding processes related to timekeeping and compensation.
Provide guidance on payroll-related policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
