Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 year experience in timekeeping and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Timekeeping

  • Monitor and validate daily attendance, leaves, absences, overtime, and schedule changes.
  • Ensure accurate encoding and updating of timekeeping data in the HRIS or biometric system.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for attendance discrepancies, corrections, and approvals.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.

Payroll Processing

  • Prepare and process payroll for all employees within set deadlines.
  • Compute salaries, allowances, deductions, adjustments, and final pay.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll entries and compliance with DOLE regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.

Government Mandatories & Benefits

  • Process and remit SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory contributions on time.
  • Handle loans, benefits, and other government-related transactions.
  • Update and maintain employee records in government portals.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare payroll registers, summary reports, and statutory reports.
  • Maintain organized and updated payroll files and employee documents.
  • Support HR audits, internal checks, and compliance monitoring.

Employee Support

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, and benefits.
  • Assist in onboarding/off boarding processes related to timekeeping and compensation.

Provide guidance on payroll-related policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
