Position: Accounting Staff

Job Type: Full-Time

[STAFFHIREPH] is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our growing team. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting, as well as individuals with prior experience in bookkeeping or financial operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, and receipts
  • Record daily business transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other general ledger tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and government regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors and other departments when needed
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and willing to learn
