About the Role

We're looking for a driven VA Sales professional to drive outbound prospecting and manage the sales pipeline for our client. You'll use Pipedrive as the core CRM and 3CX PWA for calls—turning cold leads into warm opportunities by building rapport, handling objections, and supporting deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting & qualification
  • Execute daily call blocks via 3CX PWA; manage call-back queues and voicemail drops.
  • Qualify leads against ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria and move them through Pipedrive stages.
  • Book discovery calls/appointments and manage calendars.
  • Pipeline & CRM ownership (Pipedrive)
  • Keep deals, activities, notes, and contact data 100% up to date.
  • Create/optimise pipelines, activities, and automations; maintain clear next steps.
  • Prepare and send proposals/quotes and follow up to drive conversion.
  • Sales conversations
  • Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, present value, and handle objections.
  • Nurture prospects via phone, email, and SMS; support closing when required.
  • Reporting & hygiene
  • Log calls/notes, track KPIs, and produce daily/weekly reports.
  • Cleanse/enrich data, maintain lists, and A/B test messaging/scripts.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the client team on targets, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Contribute to playbooks, scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years in outbound sales / cold calling / appointment setting (B2B or B2C).
  • Hands-on Pipedrive experience (pipelines, activities, filters, automations).
  • Comfortable using 3CX PWA or similar VoIP/softphone systems.
  • Clear, confident English (written & verbal) with a professional phone presence.
  • Proven success in prospecting, rapport building, objection handling, and closing.
  • Strong organisation, follow-through, and CRM discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
