Your primary mission is to capture lost revenue and upscale the customer journey via personalized, persuasive outreach through email, SMS, and live chat. What You’ll Do Abandoned Cart Recovery – reach out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale. Convert customers – use persuasive communication to provide tailored recommendations and increase average order value. Partner with customers – deliver exceptional service and troubleshoot issues efficiently for a friction‑free transaction. Collaborate with a high‑performing team – refine outreach campaigns to maximize sales and drive continuous growth. Your Blueprint for Success (Requirements) 1+ year of remote/online sales experience. 1+ year of customer support experience (e‑commerce experience a plus). Conversion mindset – elite communication skills and a natural ability to persuade. Tech savvy – familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software. Self‑motivated – goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment. Technical Requirements Personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
