We're looking for a highly organized and proactive General Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who's detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a dynamic virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities

You'll be supporting our operations in various administrative, marketing, and coordination tasks, including but not limited to:

  1. Maintaining and Updating Documents

  2. Managing roadmaps, client asset folders, and dashboards

  3. Revamping and formatting documents as needed

  4. Client Onboarding

  5. Handling pre- and post-launch tasks

  6. Sending welcome emails, organizing documents, and setting up tasks in Asana

  7. Social Media & Content Calendar

  8. Monitoring task progress across teams (Dev, SEO, Social Media)

  9. Spot checks and regular follow-ups

  10. GHL (Go High Level)

  11. Running and sending reports

  12. Re-integrating expired social accounts

  13. Form Tests

  14. Website testing, confirming submissions and receipts

  15. Sales Contracts

  16. Creating templates for different pricing models

  17. Asana Management

  18. Updating tasks, due dates, and running reports for clients and team members

  19. Newsletter Creation

  20. Using Constant Contact to create and send 2 newsletters per month

  21. SEM Rush Tasks

  22. Running audits and reports

  23. Identifying errors for design follow-up

  24. Setting up projects as needed

  25. Guest Blog Coordination

  26. Passing inbound guest blogs to designers

  27. Updating tracking sheets and notifying clients

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General VA or in similar admin/marketing roles
  • Comfortable working with time tracking tools
  • Must work in a virtual office setup for visibility and team collaboration
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, SEM Rush, GHL, and Constant Contact is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
