We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales & Closer VA to manage inbound warm leads and close profitable land deals with developers and development firms. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate transactions, excellent communication skills, and proven sales closing ability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting phone conversations with prospects, presenting deal opportunities, and guiding buyers through the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound warm leads and conduct outbound calls to individuals or companies expecting contact

  • Close real estate deals through professional phone conversations and sales presentations

  • Manage and follow up on profitable land deal opportunities

  • Present deal opportunities to potential buyers including developers and development firms

  • Utilize real estate platforms such as Zillow, PowerStream, and other provided software tools

  • Track leads, deals, and pipeline activities using Google Sheets and future CRM systems

  • Coordinate with leadership to understand incoming deal flow and execute closing strategies

  • Support the development of sales scripts, workflows, and standard operating procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and deal progress

  • Follow up consistently to move deals through the closing pipeline

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven real estate experience with strong understanding of property deals, buyers, and transactions – MUST

  • Demonstrated sales and closing experience with a track record of successfully closing deals

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – MUST

  • Comfortable conducting professional phone conversations and guiding prospects to decisions

  • Experience with B2C real estate transactions strongly preferred

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, Mountain Time (USA - Colorado MST)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Zillow, PowerStream, or similar real estate platforms

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools

  • Ability to work in early-stage environments with evolving processes

  • Adaptable mindset and comfortable building structure while executing
